Team Training

Our objective in working with teams is to create a positive, high-energy environment that allows physical conditioning to be both challenging and exciting.  We want to help improve cardiovascular and musculoskeletal fitness of your athletes, as well as their neuromuscular economy by emphasizing the importance of mind-body connection; our offerings in spin, HIIT, Pilates, and yoga are tried-and-true methods that can help to achieve these goals!

Our instructors are all former and current athletes who are passionate about the impact conditioning has on performance, and are eager to create sessions that will challenge and invigorate your players. We offer a variety of class options so that you can best align your time with the conditioning goals of your group; whether that be 45 minutes of intense cardio, training deep core and mobility, a deep stretch, or creating a hybrid that best accommodates your team.

 

We also want to ensure that we keep conditioning fun and engaging by giving your players some autonomy - feel free to let them choose the playlist, and maybe even find an athlete up on the podium leading a drill for their teammates!

Our current offerings include:
 

  • Spin (30 or 45 min. session)

  • Mat Pilates (45 min. session)

  • HIIT (45 min. session)

  • Yoga (Vinyasa or Hatha, 1 hr. session)

  • Spin x Pilates Fusion (25 min. spin, 20 min. Pilates and functional movements)

  • Spin x HIIT (25 min. spin, 20 min. HIIT training)

  • Spin x Stretch (25 min. spin, 20 min. deep stretch and mobility)

 

We are happy to collaborate with coaching staff in creating custom programs to align with strength and conditioning goals – please feel free to reach out with any inquiries you may have!
